Service was good. Some of the food was gross or stale and a bug crawled across my table. Not really what I was expecting and him a little disappointed because I haven't been to a bad golden corral before this one but really don't think I'd go back
My family all met up at the Golden Corral and all of us really enjoyed our dinner together! Wouldn't have went anywhere else!! I went up to the manager and told him how many was in our party.. he got us a table himself an even came back several times to make sure all was well. I would recommend Golden Corral to everyone!!
It was good but not as good as it has been in the past. OUR SERVER WAS THE BEST PART OF THIS VISIT. But They were relaxed on their food. The man said I had to wait till after 4 p.m. for first steaks prime rib and corn. I was greatly disappointed. I was there with my family for Christmas party 27 people. They didn't reserve the room for us like they said they would. I was so disappointed. We had strangers tables in between our tables and we were not able to visit. It seems like the entire management and staff was quite disorganized. When we called at 10:30 a.m. to let them know we're running 20 minutes late they kept answering the phone and putting this on hold instead of saying hello. Time for new employees!
Was going to give a lower star rating due to some hard and gross food. But gave 3 star because the waitress Erin was friendly and good. She check on us for refills several times and took old plates away. Great staff, high price and food quality not so great.
Dinner was good. There was a variety of food. I had ribs cooked til they fell off. I had a small piece of steak, medium, perfect. Our server, Christina, was prompt and curteous and pleasant. Rate 5 star
