They are very nice and are kind
My only complaint is sometimes the nurses available via phone are hard to get a hold of. I've had to call several times about my birth control and most times the line was busy, but that's not really a fault on their part. Especially since they always get back to me when I leave a message.
Had insurance through my work got pregnant had to wait to get my insurance through job and family. They charged me and now when something is wrong they won't see me till I pay over $100. Now if something is wrong and I'm super late I'll know who to be mad at. I get it but they won't even get me in to make sure I'm ok. Since having multiple biopsys and my insurance being dropped a couple of times I'm getting back into make sure I'm ok but now I will not being going back. Even if I pay it screw that. Patients should come before money. Sorry because I loved dr Villarreal but seriously take care of people and they will take care of you. Thanks for letting me down. Couldn't get 1 star to darken had to do three.
I had a wonderful visit at this office. I going to a gyno at Adena, but I love this office so much more! The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel comfortable. I saw Amy Barrows for my visit and she was super nice and took the time to get to know me without being pushy or invasive. She was also gentle during the physical exam, aka easiest pap smear I've ever had.
