I have been in this office twice in the last 3 days. I was there for myself the first time. bronchitis and sinusitis. fast, friendly, helpful, I felt better as soon as I left the office. And tonight I took my 6 year old son he has strep. we showed up at 8pm, everyone was ready to help and we still had time to fill the script before 9. I always take my kids there and they have always been polite and kind to us and yes sometimes there is a wait... But what do you expect??? it is a docters office. you have to wait your turn!!! I recommend this office to everyone I know.. way faster than western ave, and the ER... thank you bridge street urgent care for always getting my family back on it's feet and feeling better. I appreciate you. don't let these rude,impatient people ruin your day...
her that I was well aware of that & that we had arrived at 8:50 pm. She went on to tell us rudely that they stop seeing patients at 8:45 pm & that she & her staff would like to actually be leaving at 9 pm! She went on to prescribe for my son again without so much as a basic set of vitals.. She left the room & THEN medical staff came in for my sons information.. While the extremely pleasant young man was doing his job she rudely comes back into the room. She shoves the prescription toward me & begins to talk about the facilities closing procedure AGAIN & might I say flat out rude! I had enough at that point especially after watchin my son in pain inflicted by her. I told her she needed to leave the room so we could finish up. She glared at me & my son then glared at her medical staff following with turning around to leave & I kid you not literally slams the door shut!!! The young man helping us had a total look of disbelief on his face followed by multiple apologies for her behavior.. We got up & left without finishing vitals or anything because Debra King scared my son so bad that he was in tears at that point! This is TOTALLY unexecptable behavior for ANY professional!!!! I will NEVER step foot back in that place unless & when this woman is fired!! I also will be filing a direct complaint on her as well
The provider was very thorough and educated my daughter about her current condition as well as how to care for her condition in the future. The receptionist was efficient. The MA had really nice shoes. Thank you Family Urgent Care!! I always bring my family here.
Always quick and courteous. I don't think I've ever been there for more than 30 minutes. Best place to go when your primary care physician can't get you in.
I have had to visit this family urgent care if you times in the past couple years. It has always been very clean and a nice open area. The staff has always been very nice, the nurse practitioners have always been very knowledgeable and the treatments are accurate. I have always been able to get in and out very quickly and back on the road to recovery. I would recommend them to everyone
If there was an available rating below one star this place sure would have earned it tonight!!! Took my 8 year old son to be seen about 10 minutes prior to the facilities closing. When we went to the desk the lady was less than thrilled for our arrival. We then go back to a room and in walks the facilities Nurse Practitioner, Debra King. Without have been asked for my sons medical history, current medications or having basic vitals done she begins to look over my son. She handled his neck so roughly that we ultimately left the place with him in more pain than arrival! She was also extremely rude telling us that the facility closes at 9 pm.. I told
