My wife and I went in to look for a new mattress and tried several out at the Chillicothe location. We talked to the Big Sandy representative, Curt, about the different mattresses. He was by far the best sales rep I have experienced. Curt was very informative without being pushy. He was able to effectively explain the subtle differences in an overwhelming field and answer any and all questions my wife and I had. If you are thinking about buying a new mattress/bed, I HIGHLY recommend asking for Curt at the Chillicothe, Ohio Big Sandy Superstore! If he happens to be off that day it's worth the wait to go back in when he is working!

This wasn't my husband and I's first buying experience with Big Sandy. We've purchased many different pieces with many different salespeople. Tonight, we only came in to purchase a new bedroom suite for our youngest daughter but decided to buy a new table and chairs as well. I must say, Stephanie was such a pleasure to work with. We had a hard time deciding what dining set to go with and went back and forth several different times. Ms. Jackson was very patient and helpful throughout the whole decision process. She gave us lots of time to look and discuss but also checked in with us to make sure we didn't need her assistance.
