Always friendly, go out of their way to get the best tire available. Prices are great. Work is professional. Mike is out standing, positive, & has the best work ethic. Mark is very efficient & is knowledgeable in what he is doing. If they don't have the best quality product that day, they will strive to get it in the neXt one. I WILL RETURN Everytime I need tire work done.
I was 2 hours from home and got a flat and Mike you the man!! Lol This place not only fixed my tire but was so nice and caring I would truly recommend going here to get your tires!! I have never been treated so nice and fast service in my life til I went to Jerry's tire shop and Mike you truly are a GOD send...THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH FOR THE HELP YOU GAVE ME!!! Had a problem with my tires told the staff I wanted all 4 tires balanced they did that and said one of the front tires was bad I told the staff to get me two brand new ones I would be back Monday to get them put on. I came back Monday (yesterday) to get them put on. But they forgot to order them, and Mike put a size bigger on my car and going down the road they was rubbing when I would turn I went back and told him about it. He said to give him till in morning and he would get the right tires for my car. I told him don't put a tire on my car unless it was a 60,000 mile tire. He told me that the new tires were 60,000 tires I told him I was going to verify that, I called another tire shop in town and he said those 2 new tires were only rated for 40,000 miles. So Mike lied to me about them. His brother mark balanced the wrong tires and the machine said it was off .025 and he went to put it back on, I told him about it he said I wouldn't notice it. I told him the balancing machine should say it is ok before he puts it back on. When I went there today I told Mike that I wanted my old tires put back on and my money back he said they hauled them away yesterday, it sure looked like my old tires laying there. Mike,Mark and myself all had a big argument today over all this mark said he was going to rip out my pacemaker and beat me up I told him come on over and do that. But he didn't. I Lost a lot of work I needed to get done because of the chest pains I had over all this. All Mike had to do was to say he forgot to order them but he could have them tomorrow and that would of been ok. But instead of admitting he didn't order them he threw our friendship away and one of Jerry's tires customers away. No one with a pacemaker should ever have to go through some thing like this. My last truck I had I told Mike I needed 4 new tires for it he said they would be in the next morning and then was he put them on and that deal went real good and easy. I paid cash for them over 600.00 but now with what happened I will never go back there.

The shop has a niceTV, clean restroom & airconditioning in the waiting room. *Added benefit while waiting... there is a POKESTOP right across the street!
