Great rental storage reasonably price good access
I know you just took over and today is 26 and already next month already on my bill. I had planned on paying and getting out before the first cause customer service is slim to none. On hold for 10 min for the first time i called them this time on hold 10 min so i hung up.
When you pay the unit if you are late can take upto 3 days for them to get their lock off the unit.
Need faster speed of service and better customer service. I will be leavi g this storage unit to go to another due to customer service.
I have not needed to contact them often, but when I have thay have been quick to respond and very helpful!
Problems since day one. Very little communication from this company. When you finally get it they are rude & try to make it look as if you are at fault for an error on their side. We plan to leave as soon as our prepaid time is up.
We needed storage fast! Applied online and within minutes we received notice our unit was ready! We paid online, and this location had a special on 1st month. They honored it promptly on my second month. 1st rate service, highly recommend!
