I called to ask if you had a pair of shoes in stock before I made the trip down there. And not only did it take forever for someone to answer the phone, but the guy who did was rather rude. When I asked if he needed the product # he said "I guess or just give me the name and I should know if we have it or not." In a very snappy tone. So instead of wasting my time having to deal with someone else's attitude at another Champ's store for a simple question. I went ahead and ordered online. The over the phone customer service wasn't very friendly and I felt as though I was on their nerves or wasting their time.
The selection is limited (but thats a company thing they only send what the know will sell) prices are rather nice and customer service is great. Not pushy have almost always spot on suggestions and advice. If you are trying to decide between two or more pairs they will tell you or if they dont know much about it(rare) they will search for a good anwser or details to help in any way.Just an overall great place.
Poor selection and even worse staff.
We've always received great customer service and our son has always found the perfect shoe, yes they're pricey, but money doesn't mean much to us. (VIP platinum member)
