There's a place across the street called "smoker's alley" where the kids literally get high right in front of the school. WHAT THE HECK IS THAT??? The teachers even know about it but they're like "lol nothing we can do about that :)" LIKE YOU WATCHED THEM WALK ACROSS THE STREET not to mention these kids must have a death wish cause they walk in traffic every morning. They're out there spitting their chew in puddles when it's only 5 degrees out & they don't think it rots their teeth. Chillicothe needs a D.A.R.E program or something every year, every year because wtf. 7 habits is worthless, it doesn't teach anyone anything. their chicken sandwiches are disgusting.
