Ross County justice system is Crooked!! Unless you are a Heroin/ Drug addict!!! Then you don't have to do any jail time or pay any fines... No jail time... They Don't search anyone and they're packing in Heroin, needles, and other drugs in the jail... That's why there are So many over doses!!! You need to Do your Body Search Alot Better!! Too many Junkies are packing in drugs and you're letting them!! Well to be honest you're ENABLING them to be a drug addict by providing NARCAN for free!! Telling them that they should have someone with them that can give them the NARCAN or call 911 or 211!! What kind of Justice System is that???
