Absolutely completely disrespectful sales reps... I called them a few times while shopping around for a new hvac system, and they got annoyed with the questions i had for them, then when the service tech came out to tell me what i needed, he lied twice about equipment and issues. Then i called and told them that i was going to another company for the same product for a better price, so he got mad and hung up the phone. I would never recomend this company to anyone.
