My husband and I had the best lunch here today. It wasn't crowded, the place was immaculately clean, the wait staff was excellent, and our food was amazing. We don't mind spending the money when the experience is great. We will definitely be back. Thank you Longhorn for such a wonderful lunch today. You all did an amazingly wonderful job!!!!!
We arrived around 1:30 Sunday afternoon and had a wait of around 25minutes before being seated. The server was efficient and took care of us promptly. The drinks, salads, and bread were delivered promptly. We ordered stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer, and this had not arrived prior to our being served the main course, and then was brought only because we asked about them. The mushrooms were so salty as to be almost inedible. To be fair, the restaurant did not charge us for them because of the delay. The steak was juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly as ordered. The salad was crisp and fresh. Except for the appetizer, I would have given this five stars.
Take it from a franchise trainer for a chain of IHOPs... if you don't have a strong leader, the team will fail...
Excellent dinner. Prompt service, fantastic rubbed wings, delicious steak and sides. The place is much better than when they first opened about 5 years ago.
The service took way too long and our server wasn't getting any help from other servers. Thankfully this was going to be our only trip this way because we were going to the zoo... The line cook also sent my dad the wrong cook on his steak... he didn't say anything but he left a note on the check...
