Very dissappointed!! They made a major mistake..I had appointment with them on September 1, 2016. I was there for over 2 hours giving information. Agent said to wait 45 days...I waited and called customer sevice at end of October, I then found out that the agent did nothing that day in September! I sat there for over 2 hours for nothing. In November met with another agent. He corrected the mistakes first agent made..but now my children will have no Christmas! In process of losing my home and auto due to the mistakes of first agent. I even tried to call her and kept getting her voice mail. I know it's no concern of theirs what is going on in my life, my husband passed on August 9, 2016. This is Soo very disappointing that my children are going without because someone at the Social Security office didn't know what the heck they were doing.

Has taken them now five weeks to do a job that my attorney said should only take two. No idea when they are actually going to finish it, meanwhile Im broke, disabled and on the verge of homelessness.

Rude, hateful, unprofessional, and unhelpful. If you don't like your job go fund a different one! If I ever have to make a return visit to the social security office I will drive 2hrs to my birth city of Ashland Kentucky and go to their office before I drive 5min to this one! Terrible.
