It is awesome because of the internet and good computer.
A couple of days after writing this review I was contacted by one of the managers at this branch and she explained to me how she handled the situation with her employee and went over with me how their system works when trying to get on a computer close to closing time.
I felt very unwelcome and was basically shooed out the door because I came in 15 mins before they were closing to try to print something out. I understand that it's close to closing time but a simple print job takes no more than 5 mins.
I was extremely pleased to get a call from the manager because it showed that even one bad experience is unacceptable for this branch.
