Excellent doesn't even come close to the describing amazing experience at this facility. The trainer is a good mentor and knows more about strength than anyone I've ever known. This is the place to be if you want to be strong.

1. My squat went from 240lbs to over 380lbs. That is an increase of over 60%!

Started with Primal Training Studio January 3rd 2014, since I've started I've lost 20lbs and have gotten continually stronger and leaner... I've been to the A-Typical gym but never got the one on one experience that I get with Primal Training Studio, I'm being taught how to do weight training the correct way that will not only benefit me now but for my long term goals

3. On a whim I climbed the highest point in Southern California, 11,503 feet (Vivian trail), in less than 7 hours after doing heavy squats the previous day.

I participate in the kettlebell class. Each session is challenging while fun. Direct instruction and effective workouts are provided for each member of the class. Therefore, individuals with different abilities can train together without slowing down progression of advanced members. Strength and flexibility results are guaranteed. Personally, I have gained strength and flexibility and even lost body fat!

I’m a 31 year old male that has been athletic my entire adult life.

Went to Ryan for a quick three weeks of training while I was in town. I'd never done serious lifting before and wanted to learn. It was great! Learned so much in such a short time and he really made me work while I was there. He really caters to your experience, physical limitations, and comfort level, but he really expects a lot of you and pushes you hard. Go here if you want to learn, get stronger, and meet great people. Plus he's fun to talk to.

2. I took 3rd place in my first ever powerlifting meet in the 220lb raw class. I did not even train the bench press and only had 1 week of deadlift training.

3. Increase my physical and mental durability

5. Not even a hint of an injury anywhere. For me this was one of the most important parts of the whole 12 weeks!

Primal Training Studios has worked with my variable schedule whenever I needed. I have worked my tail off in the gym and it has reignited my competitive spirit!
