Excellent doesn't even come close to the describing amazing experience at this facility. The trainer is a good mentor and knows more about strength than anyone I've ever known. This is the place to be if you want to be strong.

I participate in the kettlebell class. Each session is challenging while fun. Direct instruction and effective workouts are provided for each member of the class. Therefore, individuals with different abilities can train together without slowing down progression of advanced members. Strength and flexibility results are guaranteed. Personally, I have gained strength and flexibility and even lost body fat!

Went to Ryan for a quick three weeks of training while I was in town. I'd never done serious lifting before and wanted to learn. It was great! Learned so much in such a short time and he really made me work while I was there. He really caters to your experience, physical limitations, and comfort level, but he really expects a lot of you and pushes you hard. Go here if you want to learn, get stronger, and meet great people. Plus he's fun to talk to.
2. I took 3rd place in my first ever powerlifting meet in the 220lb raw class. I did not even train the bench press and only had 1 week of deadlift training.
