Spoke with Dave on the phone who was extremely rude to me. I am a first time homeowner who just purchased my house. When he asked who would be paying the bill I explained to him that it would be covered under a home warranty. I was immediately shut out and told "oh well I do not do work under home warranty so you will need to call someone else". When I asked if there was anyone he would recommend to me he simply stated "not a clue". I will not be recommending this service to anyone.
Got the Home Warranty covered and now is working GREAT, also took care of other issues not covered for FREE, Awesome.
