The older lady that works there is very rude. They charge new prices for beat up stolen items

Went there and purchased a Glock 27 Gen 4 pistol from them with a case, speed loader, cleaning brush and two out of three magazines. I put it on layaway at the sum of $525.00. After looking at various gun sale sites the price seemed to be in the ball park. After getting it out of layaway I go through the case and found the original purchasers receipt and it showed he paid $399.00 for it with everything including 3 magazines. I called them and told them what I discovered and the guy at the other end of the line said "what do you want us to do about it"? I mean really???? You make me pay more then what it cost for a new one minus a magazine and then get an attitude? I tried to sell it to recoup some of my money and the most I can get offered is $350 since they are going now for $375. I will never ever go back to Franks Pawn Shop for anything. I guess I should expect that from a place that offers used t.v.'s for way more then you can buy a new one from. Never again, lesson learned.
This place is a haven for junkies and criminals... Only go here if you are looking for your stolen goods back!
