Spent hours tracking down 2-way or 3-way wiring that had caused a circuit to fail. While there, they found other problems and fixed them for me. That's exactly what I want: qualified and pro-active electricians. i can replace a circuit breaker but they see what really needs to be fixed from a burned out outlet to screwy wiring.

LouAnn is very rude. Called because they have been to my house 3 times and my dryer is still not repaired. Every time I have to wait another week before they will come back. This is unacceptable. I have been without a dryer for 3 weeks already. Now they are telling me they are not going to service my dryer because I called to complain.
