How absurd it is to live in a country where it is okay to drink alcohol(which is a drug), which causes tons of problems as well, but god forbid someone else's drug of choice differ. Free country, yet has the highest prison/jail population IN THE ENTIRE WORLD.
To the idiot complaining about "traffic tickets", well honestly, I'm more concerned about people who drive stupid, reckless, not paying attention and could get OTHER people injured or killed then someone shooting heroin into themselves.
We have doctors LEGALLY handing out amphetamines to children to treat ADHD(which every kid I knew who was on that medicine always grew up to be major drug addicts), and at the same time, if a full grown adult wanted to party with unprescribed speed on the weekend in the privacy of his own home, he is a criminal. DO YOU REALIZE HOW STUPID IT MAKES THIS COUNTRY LOOK!!!!
Ross County justice system is Crooked!! Unless you are a Heroin/ Drug addict!!! Then you don't have to do any jail time or pay any fines... No jail time... They Don't search anyone and they're packing in Heroin, needles, and other drugs in the jail... That's why there are So many over doses!!!
This place is a clown court. The CPD packs as many traffic offenders in as they can then make you wait almost 2 hrs to have our case heard. Chillicothe police and courts are a complete laughing stock of our judicial system! For heavens sake thier are overdoses on the daily in this town, but apparently traffic tickets are more important than lives. YOU WANT RESPECT? You need to earn it and do your jobs
