Enterprise is always the company I use when I need a rental car. They're professional, and have always went the extra mile when servicing my needs.
I am traveling to North Carolina from Indiana. They were the closest enterprise to me. The car I am in has an engine light on, sputtering when accelerating and air conditioning is going out. They had cars on the lot but told me they couldn't take care of me. Told me to call another branch so I did. They told me they were sorry and couldn't take care of me. With all the conditions that is going on with the car you think they would care more. Very disappointed. Customer service is awful. I am worried while driving this car. I used to work for enterprise for 4 years and I haven't had trouble getting help. I am on the road driving to North Carolina because they didn't give me an option to switch out. Apparently they don't care if you get stuck on the side of the road. They will just charge you their road side assistance. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
The branch manager was simply amazing to deal with. Thank you for your assistance and understanding of my situation.
