The employees are so rude! They act like you are not even in there. When you do go to the counter, they act as if you have just ruined their whole day making them actually have to do something. I understand that it is a college bookstore but this a college bookstore, but this is a branch campus and there is hardly anyone in there. This is only a two because every now and then they do have a customer appreciation day here and there.
